Each seminar will focus upon “brain rinsing” the negative instructions OUT of the subconscious mind and replacing them with positive instructions for a brand-new healthier lifestyle. This knocks out any visual distractions and it will help you to focus your attention on my voice. Best way to prepare for hypnosis: Go inside yourself and discover your engine, the most important reason you want to change. Many years ago, a lovely woman arrived at my hypnosis centre for her appointment. However, as soon as she sat down, she began crying. She told me that her daughter had asked why she does not ride a bicycle beside her like all the other mothers do with their children. She told me: “I didn’t know what to say to my daughter because I am too embarrassed to ride a bicycle down the street with my big thighs.” That was her engine to keep her motivation and determination all the way to success. While hypnotized, she clearly saw herself riding her bicycle beside her daughter and it was just a matter of time before her imagined life became her real life.

To achieve success, motivation, a reason, an engine helps a lot to drive you to do the things you need to do now. You also need a plan that has proven success. Since I have been helping people to lose inches and to stop smoking for over 50 years, I know what works to help people. All you must do is follow my direction and simple instructions. The instructions are a few tasks to do and while you are hypnotized, I will make changes in your inner subconscious mind.

What is hypnosis? Hypnosis is simply a deep relaxation of the body where you may even forget about your body for a while. Your mind, your attention will also be relaxed and effortlessly focused upon my voice. After hypnosis, people will often say “I’ve never felt so relaxed”; “My aches disappeared”; “I feel fantastic”; “That was magical”. After hypnosis, like meditation, you feel at peace, rested, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

Why Use Hypnosis? If your conscious mind was efficient, it would be easy to drop sugar, greasy, fattening junk food, tobacco, alcohol, to motivate yourself to exercise, to control anger, to sleep better or make a thousand other changes. The cause of the problem is often a subconscious mindset that battles with the conscious mind. We want the subconscious to work with and for conscious desires, not against them. With specialized hypnotic instructions to the subconscious during hypnosis, the subconscious begins to work in harmony and with conscious wishes.

What is hypnosis like? You are not asleep. You always hear the voice of the hypnotist. You become super aware, like when you become super aware of quiet sounds while lying down, ready for ordinary sleep. You may hear sounds like the cars outside; the house creaking or the tap dripping that you are unaware of during your busy day. At last, while hypnotized, you can totally focus upon positive, planned, powerful hypnotic instructions for success. While you are hypnotized, I can program your subconscious mind that you are already successful. Your subconscious will then drive your thinking and behavior to match the mental image held in your subconscious.

How is this all possible? Your subconscious mind does not know the difference between reality and fantasy. That is why dreams during sleep can seem so real? Have you ever had a dream about someone, yet you felt they were right there with you? Here is another example:

A sleeping, agitated husband flails his arms, legs, and shouts: “Fire! Fire! Fire! Everyone get out!”

His wife shouts: “Wake up, wake up! You are dreaming!”

The husband says: “But, but, it seemed so, so real!”

Your subconscious mind never sleeps. It controls everything in you 24 hours a day. When you program your subconscious, be sure to word your instructions and success images in the present, as if they are already achieved. For example, using all your senses, imagine yourself as already slim, a nonsmoker, enjoying all the benefits, the praise, the health, and achieving your wishes right now, in this present moment. With this type of mind programming, your subconscious will create ways to make your life match what is programmed in your head. This is possible with professional hypnosis!
