Thank you to all the participants who attended my online Stop Smoking Seminar, Jan. 15th. It was a huge pleasure to help so many people and to answer your questions. Online seminars are just like the live in-person seminars, with the same format and content. I consider online seminars even better than those we presented coast to coast in venues for over 45 years. Online, you can watch me close, right in front of you. Everything you see and hear is hypnotic because that is the energy I transmit. My focused intent amplifies the message to your subconscious mind. Palms Stuck Experience: Place your palms and fingers together like you are praying. Push them together hard and keep thinking over and over ten times: “They are not stuck.” Then pull them apart. Nothing happened, right. Now do that again, and with your eyelids closed. Imagine there is hardened glue on the hands, that they are stuck like a solid piece of steel. Imagine your arms, elbows, hands are a single solid piece of steel. Really mean it and visualize it. Keep repeating to yourself aloud: “Solid steel, solid steel,” over and over and if you do this right your hands will be stuck when you test them. It is all focus of the mind. You must collaborate with the hypnotist as a team. The hypnotist is not a controlling dictator. He is your guide, partner, coach. Together we are a TEAM, two minds with a single thought. Although you can do this alone, it is more powerful with an outside voice, the hypnotist, live or recorded so you do not have to be thinking about doing the task. You simply follow and focus on the guided instructions.

Hypnosis Entertainment: When I was a young hypnotist entertainer in the 1960’s and 1970’s, I changed people’s personalities in seconds to the mindset that they were famous celebrities. It was great comedy, but changing or eliminating unhealthy habits, eliminating self-defeating beliefs, and helping people to achieve maximum performance is much more fulfilling for the hypnotist and the hypnotized.

Financial Stress: Inflation is a major cause of stress and anxiety today. Yes, people are worrying about the increased cost of living, job loss, contracting Covid on the job, retirement and feel a loss of control as inflation weakens purchasing power. Inflation and chaos are world-wide.

Increasing stress and anxiety has led to a large increase in the number of people seeking relief with hypnosis. Many clients want to stop smoking to save money spent on tobacco, while others need help to start thinking more positively and creatively to earn more income to reduce financial stress. With hypnosis, it is possible to tap into the powers of their subconscious mind to become financially independent and to achieve maximum health and peace of mind. Albert Einstein and Thomas Edison would work hard at their task and wake up in the morning with a solution to their problem. Before sleep, the problem was turned over to their subconscious genius to work on as they slept. Trust in your subconscious mind is essential. Ask the question, then just leave it to the subconscious to find the solution in its own time.

Self-Hypnosis: With breathing techniques and self-guided meditation, you can plant desired suggestions into your subconscious mind to achieve your goals. For example, self-hypnosis is a wonderful technique to manage stress, which also boosts the immune system. Managing stress makes it far easier to control weight, smoking and most anything else. People who attend my seminars find it easy to master self-hypnosis, and once you have been hypnotised, it is easier to do it the next time. It is a skill, like riding a bicycle. You get better at it with practice. To overcome unhealthy behaviors, positive alternatives can be visualized and followed. Albert Einstein said: “There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” Good is more likely to be frequent if you expect good. “Lucky” people expect good and that makes them more alert to opportunities to be successful. Practising self-hypnosis on a consistent basis, at the same time, will increase your skill tremendously and maximize your mindpower abilities.

Weight Control: Reshaping the mind and body. For people wishing to shed 30-40 pounds or more, the newer natural technique of “Virtual Gastric Band Weight Loss Hypnosis” has proved successful. Focus and Consistency: Dr. Joseph Zastrow, a family practitioner in the U.S.A helped a NASCAR pit crew: “Pit crews are all about precision and speed. The slightest distraction can cause things to go wrong very quickly. With one team, I saw through video how some of the guys were slipping up. After a few sessions of hypnosis, we helped them gain focus, speed, and consistency. As an example, one guy was having trouble getting the second lug nut on correctly every time. After hypnosis, he never missed.”

Unlimited Uses of Hypnosis: Hypnosis is a mental state of focused attention, concentration, and inner absorption. It is like a magnifying glass focusing the rays of the sun to start a fire. Your mind can be trained to be like a focused laser to create success in an unlimited number of areas such as: overcoming a fear of needles; chronic pain from injuries or arthritis; childbirth; reduction of nausea and vomiting by cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy; reduction or elimination of warts; irritable bowel syndrome and many other applications.
