Weight Control Secrets and How Nature Heals Us

Everyone knows that highly processed foods and junk foods are a major cause of gaining weight. I encourage you to read this entire newsletter, even if you are fit and firm. The ideas will support you in other areas as well.

Many people are hypnotized by the repetition of billions of dollars of seductive advertising and packaging that promote the consumption of unhealthy foods.  Psychologists are hired to develop humorous or emotion provoking advertisements to play repeatedly until they settle into our subconscious mind.  Chemists are hired to exploit our taste buds to create pleasure in the brain and addiction to foods with the goal of profit for the corporation and shareholders.  Our health is often the least of their concern. So, how can people regain control of what their own hands are putting into their mouth?

Thinking and habits must change. People need to be educated as to what really is healthy for them. A new lifestyle is needed, for the old ways have proven for many to not work at all.  The first step for self-control is to accept responsibility and take action to commit to a new lifestyle. The fastest way to change thoughts and beliefs about food, exercise and self-image is hypnotism.  Reprogramming of the subconscious mind is essential to create easy and effortless change. Using hypnosis properly, you simply want to move your hands to healthier foods with less sugar, less oil and less salt; to smaller portions; to move your body with exercise that is safe for your physical condition, simply because it feels right and good to do so. Mother Nature: Many physicians, psychologists, First Nation healers and shamans speak of the importance of having a close connection with nature.
