While hypnotized, you may still be aware of other sounds outside of yourself. You can suggest to yourself that outside sounds take you into a deeper level of hypnosis and melt all your tensions away. Beginners are usually unaware they are in hypnotized, but they do become aware of hypnosis after experiencing more sessions. You will sense yourself having a split consciousness, being intensely aware of your thoughts and body relaxing, yet partly aware of sounds outside yourself. As you go into deeper levels of hypnosis, you begin to ignore the sounds outside your body, yet become more focused upon the hypnotist’s voice, your inner thoughts, and your body sensations.
You can simply become an observer of what is happening inside yourself, your thoughts, and sensations. Gradually, as you descend to deeper levels of hypnosis, you turn off your observing, your wondering, and your doubting if it is working. You simply focus more upon the voice of the hypnotist, imagining, seeing, feeling yourself following every instruction and direction the hypnotist plants into your mind to achieve success.
Your depth of hypnosis will usually fluctuate during your hypnosis session. As you become more effortlessly focused upon the voice of the hypnotist, putting everything else aside, you enter deeper levels of hypnosis. However, even powerful life changes can occur with just light hypnosis. At times you may become unaware of the meaning of the hypnotist’s words, as you simply focus upon the SOUND of the voice. At times, you may seem to be aware that you have forgotten something the hypnotist said. It may feel that you have lost some time, that clock time is longer than you think you have been in hypnosis. You might even feel like you have been asleep for a while. Briefly, you may drift back to sounds outside your body, other than the voice of the hypnotist, then quickly come back to the hypnotist’s voice.
What the hypnotist tells you may seem very real at times. Your imagination may seem clearer and stronger in the sense of seeing in your mind’s eye, feeling something, or hearing something suggested to you. The hypnotist may say something to you that causes your thoughts to spontaneously search for something in your subconscious that will be useful to bring you success. In time, your imagined thoughts and subconscious searches for “treasures” become more vivid, with stronger feeling attached and a sense of deep meaningfulness. All the experience is extremely individual along with the uniqueness of all of us. This provides your growth and life changes for greater peace of mind, happiness, health, and success.
Our thoughts create our lives; how we feel about ourselves; our reality; how people respond to us and what we attract. We might as well purposely program the right thoughts into our mind. If your conscious mind and will power are not working to make life the way you want it, you need to do something different. The answer lies in using the inner powers of your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. The best and easiest way to do this is with a hypnotist, in person or online; with group hypnosis in person, or online, or by using a hypnosis recording. With experience in hypnosis, self-hypnosis without a hypnotist is the next step. The fastest way to learn self-hypnosis is by becoming hypnotized first with a hypnotist, live or with recordings. While hypnotized, a post-hypnotic suggestion can be given: “You will be able to easily hypnotize yourself anytime” (with a certain signal or short method).
