HOW TO USE THE POWER OF YOUR MIND TO LOSE WEIGHT (Part 1)

“A calm relaxed mind can do whatever it wants to do”

AN EASY SELF-HYPNOSIS METHOD

  1. Darken the room, bring about quietness, unplug phone, etc.
  2. Get comfortable; loosen tight clothing; uncross your legs; do not have your hands on your chest. Preferably, lie down.
  3. Stare at some light coming through a curtain or a small spot or corner of a ceiling. Stare with your eyes only half open.
  4. Inhale three DEEP breaths, in and out. Allow your eyes to close on the third deep breath.
  5. Remember a time, a place when you were younger, when you were very relaxed, very, very, relaxed. Use your imagination. Hear some of the noises of that place with your memory, see some of the people or things you saw, feel some of the things you felt; maybe even touch or taste some of the things you touched or tasted. Enjoy the nice memories all over again. You are preparing the field for the new plant.
  6. Give yourself 1-2 weight loss suggestions during each relaxation session, the ones you have chosen or put together from the examples below:

SOME EXCELLENT WEIGHT CONTROL HYPNOTIC INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Imagine yourself as SLIM, SLENDER, SHAPELY. See your thin face, slimmer calves, hips, small waist, smaller arms, etc. Feel, see your body EXACTLY as you want it. Enjoy the good feelings of seeing the new vibrant you in the mirror. Imagine looking at the thin you in the mirror and feeling each part of you, how slim. It feels good. See what it feels like to run, walk, swim, bicycle, ski, bowl, or? Imagine people calling you “SLIM” as a nickname. Hear the compliments of others, see the heads turning. Look how you are shocking old friends who have not seen you for a long time. Hear yourself saying “no, thank you” as people you know offer you food which you simply are not interested in eating. You have other things on your mind. Make up similar suggestions that you imagine. Create daydreams that make you feel slender, healthy, good inside, attractive outside.
  2. Calm. Relaxed. “I now command myself to feel full, perhaps even a little “bloated” with small and tiny pieces of food.”
  3. “I enjoy healthy and nutritious food. I feel full with small and reasonable portions.”
  4. “I avoid greasy, fatty, fattening and sweet foods. I have a definite dislike, distaste and disgust for such garbage, junk.”
  5. “I now prefer to LEAVE FOOD ON MY PLATE; throw it away, or give it away; or store it for another day; INSTEAD OF putting it on my waist, where it would really be WASTED and just stored as unwanted fat.
  6. “I eat and relax while chewing my food slowly.”
  7. “I love water, it is my favorite beverage.”
  8. “I develop a pleasant restless feeling every day to move my body, to exercise.”
  9. “Every day in every way, I am getting better and better. “

This gives you a good introduction about how hypnosis is used to lose weight. However, it is much easier and more powerful to listen to my hypnosis recordings. This allows you to stop thinking about what to do next in self-hypnosis. Hypnosis recordings allow you to simply relax deeply and to clearly concentrate your mind on what you want to make happen.
