I attended a Romane lose weight seminar with a girlfriend on Saturday, April 8, 2017. After listening to the Stop Sugar Addiction and the Lose Weight collection of CD’s, I am proud to say that I’ve lost 20lbs already!
Yes, I am drinking my 8 – 10 glasses of water a day. Yes, I’m getting more active and got a Fitbit to track my 10,000 steps per day, BUT what has kept me motivated has been the hypnosis CD’s.
No question, that has been the difference between previous weight loss attempts and this one. I KNOW I will be successful if I continue to listen to these CD’s every day. I have only missed one day because my husband was rushed into surgery, but other than that, I look forward to listening to them each evening.
Romane will recommend that you do not listen to them before bed, but that is exactly when I listen. I go to bed earlier than usual (mostly because I like to snack in the evening right before bed) and I put my headphones on. I sometimes wake up to “And 5….YOU’RE WIDE AWAKE….WIDE AWAKE”. It’s pretty funny because when I do manage to stay awake through the whole thing, I learn new things all the time, BUT the message does get through to the subconscious when you’re sleeping too.
This has by far, been the EASIEST weight loss I’ve ever experienced and the MOST weight I’ve lost, in the SHORTEST amount of time. Add in the fact that I’m over 50 which is excruciatingly hard to lose weight as our metabolism is all wacky.
Romane tells you to eat slow….it helps! He tells you to eat when you’re hungry and put the fork down when you’re full…..that’s HUGE. It’s amazing how much we eat AFTER our tummies are satisfied. I put a 1/3 of protein (meat) on my plate for dinner, generous amount of veggies and a smaller portion of carbs (which we’ve now been substituting with various vegetables…ex instead of mashed potatoes, we’ll make mashed cauliflower or instead of spaghetti, we’ll make spaghetti squash). I almost always leave something on my plate because guess what???? My tummy is satisfied before I finish the “already reduced” portions on my plate. I do snack more but I will have a sliced apple with yogurt and cinnamon instead of a bag of chips or a cinnamon bun.
I tell you…this hypnosis works! Never in my wildest dreams would I think that I would be happy and satisfied to eat less, never feeling starved or deprived. I choose better and get creative so that my taste buds are satisfied.
The scale doesn’t lie folks! Down 20 lbs. in 6 weeks. What??? My goal is to be down 40 by the end of August and I’ll do it. The good news is that SO CAN YOU!
Get the CD’s of whatever you are struggling with (weight loss, smoking, etc.) and just try it. I don’t know Romane or his family, so this is not plug for him personally. I cannot express enough how these CD’s help. You have to do the work, but the work is so much easier when your subconscious is on board.
Oh and by the way, my girlfriend is also doing GREAT!! She’s melting away too. Coincidence??? I think not.
If you have a chance to attend a seminar, sign up! If you’re going to lose weight, bring a pillow and eye mask with you. It’s easier to do laying down than sitting in a seminar chair.

Listening to hypnosis recordings before sleep is actually the best time as the hypnotic instructions fall into the subconscious mind as you fall asleep. You may even dream about them. However, if you are too tired at bedtime to hear most of the recording before you fall asleep, another time to listen is recommended. It is true that we hear what is around us when we are sleeping. Even under anesthetic in surgery, we hear what is going on around us, but we forget consciously when we come out of the surgery. One client told me that after he was anesthetized for surgery, his surgeon told him that he would no longer want cigarettes. Following the surgery, he quit smoking but could not understand why, until his doctor told him what had happened.
We have two minds, something like an iceberg, a small part is above the water (conscious mind), but a larger part is below the water (subconscious mind). As we transition from ordinary sleep to wakefulness, from the subconscious state of mind, we often forget our many dreams that we had throughout the sleep. This is more evidence of the existence of two minds.
Some people will definitely benefit from the recordings being played while they are actually asleep, but the majority are best off to play them when they feel totally relaxed in body and focused with their mind upon the hypnotic instructions. Hypnosis is very unique for every person. Your sensations or experience will also be a little different each time that you enjoy your hypnosis. Hypnosis is not an ordinary sleep. For hypnosis, there needs to be a hypnotist, and for most people, hypnotic recordings are as effective as attending my live seminars.
When you use hypnosis recordings, there is no need to wonder about the experience, if you are doing it right or wrong. Simply disregard everything else and focus upon the voice of the hypnotic instructions. No need to do anything or to “try hard”. Just simply follow the hypnotic instructions and enjoy this daydream experience for a more peaceful mind and total self-control and personal power in all areas of your life.

During my 2 ½ hour seminar, I deeply relax the audience through mass hypnosis, locking their concentration upon my voice. Type 2 diabetes accounts for 90% of all people with diabetes. Most people who have type 2 diabetes need lifestyle changes. Emotional problems may also need to be addressed. What is the motivational reason or reasons why people want to overeat or eat unhealthy foods? Is food a reward? Does the person now feel guilty about leaving food on their plate, because they were always told as a child to “think of the starving children”? Is the cause boredom? Is the excess weight a protection against “stepping out” on a partner? Is the excess weight replacing a baby that could not be conceived? Is the excess weight a subconscious solution to a fear of being raped again? New methods of coping with life stresses can help defeat excess eating, as well as hundreds of other emotional or behavioral problems.
Causes of excess weight can be discovered inside the subconscious mind and removed by professional hypnotists. This helps the client to be free of the past and to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
Hypnotists have had great success with a “virtual” gastric band. While the people are hypnotized, they experience an imaginary gastric band surgery. They are told that their stomach has been reduced to the size of a golf ball. In this way, they feel satisfied with small portions. Many new attitudes and a new lifestyle are locked into the subconscious mind such as: chewing food slowly, disliking fatty or sweet foods, enjoying body movement, and more. First let me explain the difference between the CDs and the DVDs.
The DVDs are a recording of a live seminar. Some people like to feel they are attending a live seminar and prefer to be able to “see” the hypnotist. There are two hypnosis sessions: a hypnosis conditioning session and a hypnosis session to stop smoking permanently. During the hypnosis, a spinning spiral will come on your TV or computer screen. Simply watch the spinning spiral until you feel like closing your eyes and then just listen to the rest of the hypnosis session. Most people find that the spinning spiral helps them to go into hypnosis faster and deeper.
The CDs have been recorded in a studio and are crystal clear with no background noise, such as coughing, etc. There are more hypnosis sessions on the CDs than there are on the DVDs. Some are longer sessions and some are shorter sessions, for variety. You have the option to choose between a short or long session. Also, the four hypnosis sessions are all different, in order to meet the needs of different types of people.
Are CDs or DVDs more effective? The choice is a personal choice. You should choose whichever format you are most likely to use more frequently. Think about where you would be using the recordings and what machine you have available.
Whichever set you decide to use, I recommend that you play them all through once, then pick your favorite hypnosis session and play it once a day, preferably just before sleep, for about 15 days. Then you can taper off and only use the recordings if you feel you need them.
What if you slip and go back to smoking? This is unlikely if you follow the instructions on the recordings. The instructions are so simple that a child could follow them. Are you smoking or overweight and saying to yourself, “I will wait for a live seminar, rather than use recordings”. Many people falsely believe that a live seminar is more effective than recordings. In fact, hypnosis recordings are highly effective to permanently overcome a challenge that you may have.
We visit some cities several times a year, and others perhaps only once every several years. My advice is to order hypnosis recordings right now, get rid of your problem as soon as possible and enjoy a brand new life. Hypnosis works instantly for many people. However, for permanent changes, some people need to reinforce the hypnosis by playing a hypnosis session several times.
If someone has excessive stress in their life, even more playing of the recordings may be required. In short, stop procrastinating and do something now. Turn your wishbone into backbone. A man in Cold Lake, Alberta once told me: “I quit drinking 15 years ago, but my two drinking buddies never joined me. They kept drinking, and now they are both dead.”

Hypnosis is a tremendous tool to break the circle of stress and tension. 70% to 90% of problems appearing in a doctor’s office are either caused by stress or made worse by stress. Stress activates toxic chemicals in the body. Stress is the number one reason why people go back to smoking. Animals subjected to extreme stress have a high probability of developing cancer. People often develop cancer 6-18 months after serious multiple stresses.
Hypnosis is such a powerful technique that Dr. Jack Gibson, a surgeon in Ireland, performed over 4000 major and minor surgeries with hypnosis alone, no anesthetic. I have even heard of two heart operations performed with hypnosis alone. Whatever you do, you will do it better with hypnosis.
I would like to tell you about two friends from Winnipeg I will always remember.
There was Jimmy, in his 50’s who used to always say jokingly before each smoke, “Well, another coffin nail!” This was several decades ago, I advised him to stop smoking, but he always laughed.
There was Romeo, in his 60’s, who worked at the main post office. I often invited him to come to my stop smoking seminar, at no charge. He never showed up.
A few years later, both died a horrible death caused by lung cancer from smoking. In my 60’s, I continue to present my stop smoking seminars to help people who wish to be helped. People often ask me when I am going to retire. Since the greatest happiness comes from helping others to be happier, I continue to present the seminars as long as I can. I truly enjoy my audiences. Most who attend are people who are very sincere.
If I were a smoker today, there is nothing on earth that would keep me from attending a good stop smoking program. I would travel thousands of miles if necessary. What is everything else in life if we do not have good health? I change thousands of lives in two and a half hours. That gives me a wonderful feeling of personal satisfaction.
One of the great misconceptions with the public is that they need to attend my live seminar to stop smoking. Actually, people do just as well in their own home when they listen to my hypnosis recordings.
